What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Amex, Mastercard ) and PayPal.
How often do you restock?
All of our drops are unique and limited quantity so we rarely restock the same product.
How do I find out my size?
Please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you're interested in. This can be found directly on the product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship Internationally. All orders are shipped from Mexico City.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
You cannot cancel but you may edit your order within 48 hours of confirmation.
How do I track my order?
Please use the tracking info provided in your shipping confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
Once order is placed, please allow 5-8 days for processing and handling and additional time for shipping. Shipping time may vary based on location.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Items with factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Shipments may delay due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to recieve your order within 14 business days, please contact us at info@casentini.shop.
